Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Progression De Bleu - 1972-73 by Albert Bitran. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,035.00. Admittedly, works by Albert Bitran have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lumiere D'Automne Dans L'Atelier, 1963 in November 2009 with an auction result of EUR 52,585.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Progression De Bleu - 1972-73 von Albert Bitran zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.035,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Albert Bitran auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lumiere D'Automne Dans L'Atelier, 1963 im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 52.585,00.
