Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Nature Morte Au Vase De Fleurs by Albert André was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert André achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Et Statue in March 2013 with an auction result of USD 137,500.00 (€ 107,287.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Nature Morte Au Vase De Fleurs von Albert André im Oktober 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.300,00 den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert André erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Morte Et Statue im März 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 137.500,00 (€ 107.287,77).
