The work Venezia by Augustin Salinas was sold in the Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo auction at Il Ponte in November 2019. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,400.00 40% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Augustin Salinas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mujeres A La Luz De La Luna (Women By Moonlight), which sold at auction in November 2008 for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,289.70).

Die Arbeit Venezia von Augustin Salinas wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.400,00 und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Augustin Salinas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mujeres A La Luz De La Luna (Women By Moonlight) beobachtet, die im November 2008 für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.289,70) versteigert wurde.
