The auction ended at the price of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,564.65), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Adam van Noort have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Virgin and Child in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,798.99).
