This artwork by Achille Formis Befani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Rome in June 2005. In the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction, the work Angolo di Giardino sold for EUR 3,720.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Achille Formis Befani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le bagnanti in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 42,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Achille Formis Befani erzielte im Juni 2005 bei Christies in Rom einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO wurde die Arbeit Angolo di Giardino für EUR 3.720,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Achille Formis Befani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le bagnanti im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.000,00.
