A top price for Achille Beltrame - as previously expected
The work Courmayeur by Achille Beltrame was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in December 2007. The price achieved of EUR 9,850.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Courmayeur is the most expensive artwork by Achille Beltrame that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Courmayeur von Achille Beltrame kam im Dezember 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.850,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Courmayeur das teuerste Kunstwerk von Achille Beltrame, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
