Auction result well in line with expectations
The work In the Roman campagna by Abraham Teerlink was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2003. The price achieved of GBP 2,937.50 (€ 4,255.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Abraham Teerlink have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Italianate landscape with travellers and peasants on a mountain track, others praying in front of a chapel beyond in November 2001 with an auction result of EUR 18,800.00.

Die Arbeit In the Roman campagna von Abraham Teerlink kam im März 2003 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.937,50 (€ 4.255,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden.
