In April 2010 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art/Turkish, which included the work Resim 353 (Painting 353) by Abdurrahman Oztoprak. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 37,250.00 (€ 42,867.46), 55% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Resim 353 (Painting 353) the most expensive artwork by Abdurrahman Oztoprak that we have observed at auctions so far.
