Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Composition. by Aarno Salosmaa was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in April 2013, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 700.00 – 1,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 400.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Aarno Salosmaa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Composition"., which sold at auction in April 2014 for EUR 1,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Composition. von Aarno Salosmaa im April 2013 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 700,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 400,00 den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Aarno Salosmaa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Composition". beobachtet, die im April 2014 für EUR 1.000,00 versteigert wurde.
