Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 44,638.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by A. Batacchi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2017 the work A Dancing Nymph and Butterfly was auctioned for USD 75,000.00 (€ 66,749.73).
