"The old way to the new time" was created while travelling through Switzerland. The sign is located on the Gotthard Pass. With the realisation in felt on canvas on a stretcher frame, modern photography and digital work are combined with the oldest craft in human history, dry felting. The felt work is protected by a Plexiglas cover, but can also be hung on its own like a tapestry, as felt is easy to care for and robustly durable. The work has been impregnated to be lightfast.
