Born in Leipzig in 1964.
Childhood, youth, school and apprenticeship in East Germany.
1985 - 87 Worked at the theatre (Schauspielhaus Leipzig).
1988 - 1993 studied painting and graphic art at the HGB Leipzig with D. Burger, A. Rink and N. Rauch.
1993 Painting diploma with honours at the HGB Leipzig.
1993 - 1995 Studied video art with R. U. Bühler, master student.
1988 - 1995 Member of the performer group "the oval language"
(sounds, installations, video, performances, environments ) a.o.
Projects with ERG (USA) and Tadashi Endo (JP, Germany).
1993 Beginning of Zen practice under Soto Zen Master Tenryu Tenbreul.
2001 Tokudo - ordination as a Zen monk ( Soto Zen ) in the Zen temple Mokushozan Jakkojji.
At the same time, since his youth, physically and spiritually occupied with various European and East Asian martial arts under different teachers.
Trained and graduated martial arts teacher in karate.
Since 1993 various exhibitions and participation in exhibitions,
