Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Eggplant by Zhu Qizhan was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 69,600.00 (€ 8,416.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Qizhan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape Album in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 1,298,000.00 (€ 152,747.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Eggplant von Zhu Qizhan wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 69.600,00 (€ 8.416,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Qizhan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape Album im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.298.000,00 (€ 152.747,67).
