Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bateaux sur la plage de Mykonos by Yiannis Spyropoulos was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 28,050.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yiannis Spyropoulos achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vuraicos in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 240,000.00 (€ 353,176.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bateaux sur la plage de Mykonos von Yiannis Spyropoulos kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 28.050,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yiannis Spyropoulos erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vuraicos im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 240.000,00 (€ 353.176,24).
