Auction result misses estimated price range
In February this year a collector was able to acquire the work “Vesterhavet” by Wolmer Zier for DKK 2,500.00 (€ 335.79). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings and furniture (postponed) at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Wolmer Zier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery from the North Sea in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 3,800.00 (€ 3,321.10).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit “Vesterhavet” von Wolmer Zier für DKK 2.500,00 (€ 335,79) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings and furniture (postponed) bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wolmer Zier auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery from the North Sea im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 3.800,00 (€ 3.321,10).
