Auction result well in line with expectations
The work By The Well, Vazhgort by Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 39,555.96) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Passing Of The First Motorship in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 410,500.00 (€ 512,900.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit By The Well, Vazhgort von Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov kam im Juni 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 35.000,00 (€ 39.555,96) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Passing Of The First Motorship im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 410.500,00 (€ 512.900,11).
