Auction result well in line with expectations

The work Bolshaya Pyssa by Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 150,000.00 – 200,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 162,500.00 (€ 183,652.69) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Passing Of The First Motorship, which sold at auction in June 2014 for GBP 410,500.00 (€ 512,900.11).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Bolshaya Pyssa von Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov wurde im Juni 2018 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 162.500,00 (€ 183.652,69) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
