Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Victor Vasarely achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Altaï Iii in February 2010 with an auction result of GBP 565,250.00 (€ 630,588.93).

Die Arbeit VONAL-FERDE von Victor Vasarely kam im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 62.812,50 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Victor Vasarely erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Altaï Iii im Februar 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 565.250,00 (€ 630.588,93).
