Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern art and design, which included this untitled work by Tróndur Patursson. It changed hands for a price of DKK 3,800.00 (€ 510.15) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tróndur Patursson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Installation in March this year with an auction result of DKK 32,000.00 (€ 4,294.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern art and design durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Tróndur Patursson zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von DKK 3.800,00 (€ 510,15) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tróndur Patursson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Installation im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 32.000,00 (€ 4.294,33).
