Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Terry O'Neill could be acquired at Bonhams in New York in December this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Gift of Photographs auction, the work Roger Moore as James Bond changed hands for USD 2,560.00 (€ 2,314.23) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Terry O'Neill achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Brigitte Bardot, Spain in May this year with an auction result of GBP 48,260.00 (€ 56,150.83).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Terry O'Neill konnte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Gift of Photographs wechselte die Arbeit Roger Moore as James Bond für USD 2.560,00 (€ 2.314,23) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Terry O'Neill erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Brigitte Bardot, Spain im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 48.260,00 (€ 56.150,83).
