Auction result well in line with expectations

The work Lilly of the Valley II by Suzie Zuzek was auctioned at Christies in New York in April this year. The price achieved of USD 4,410.00 (€ 3,994.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Suzie Zuzek - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Par, which sold at auction in April this year for USD 13,860.00 (€ 12,554.35).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Lilly of the Valley II von Suzie Zuzek kam im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.410,00 (€ 3.994,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Suzie Zuzek mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Par beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für USD 13.860,00 (€ 12.554,35) versteigert wurde.
