The work Alix by Stik was auctioned at Christies in New York in July last year. It achieved a price of USD 88,200.00 (€ 86,453.64), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stik - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Holding Hands (Maquette), which sold at auction in October 2020 for GBP 287,500.00 (€ 319,244.23).

Die Arbeit Alix von Stik kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 88.200,00 (€ 86.453,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Für andere Arbeiten von Stik mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Holding Hands (Maquette) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2020 für GBP 287.500,00 (€ 319.244,23) versteigert wurde.
