Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 1,875.00 (€ 1,515.89) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stephane Graff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Woman With The Girl With The Pearl in October 2020 with an auction result of GBP 31,500.00 (€ 34,978.06).

Die Arbeit Masked Nude Lying on Satin von Stephane Graff kam im Mai 2010 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.875,00 (€ 1.515,89) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stephane Graff erzielen.
