The work Vase blanc, fleurs blanches, fond rose (White Pot, White Flowers, Pink Background) by Sanyu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November this year. It achieved a price of HKD 19,130,000.00 (€ 2,244,811.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sanyu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Five Nudes in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 303,985,000.00 (€ 35,256,632.18).

Die Arbeit Vase blanc, fleurs blanches, fond rose (White Pot, White Flowers, Pink Background) von Sanyu kam im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 19.130.000,00 (€ 2.244.811,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sanyu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Five Nudes im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 303.985.000,00 (€ 35.256.632,18).
