In November this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Art Day Sale, which included the work Standing Nude by Sanyu. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 327,600.00 (€ 38,442.24), 64% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sanyu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Five Nudes in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 303,985,000.00 (€ 35,256,632.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 64 % übertroffen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Standing Nude von Sanyu zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 327.600,00 (€ 38.442,24) und damit 64% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sanyu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Five Nudes im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 303.985.000,00 (€ 35.256.632,18).
