The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,559.00 30% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Sacha Sosno have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Un Espace Au Sein Des Eaux (African Blue) - 1989 in July 2021 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.

Die Arbeit Obliteration Noire Sur Toile (Triptyque A-B-C) - 1974 von Sacha Sosno wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.559,00 und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sacha Sosno auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Un Espace Au Sein Des Eaux (African Blue) - 1989 im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
