Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Obliteration, 1990 by Sacha Sosno was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2010. The price achieved of EUR 446.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sacha Sosno achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Un Espace Au Sein Des Eaux (African Blue) - 1989 in July 2021 with an auction result of EUR 13,000.00.

Die Arbeit Obliteration, 1990 von Sacha Sosno wurde im Oktober 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 446,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sacha Sosno erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Un Espace Au Sein Des Eaux (African Blue) - 1989 im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.000,00.
