Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective, which included the work German geometric Formations by Rudolf Jahns. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,256.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolf Jahns achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Komposition ‚Im Hause‘“. in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 45,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit German geometric Formations von Rudolf Jahns zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.256,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudolf Jahns erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Komposition ‚Im Hause‘“. im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 45.000,00.
