Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Buddah, Variation E by Roy Adzak was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in October 2015. The price achieved of EUR 1,300.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Roy Adzak have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre (Huit profils) in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 12,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Buddah, Variation E von Roy Adzak wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.300,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roy Adzak auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans titre (Huit profils) im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.750,00.
