Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Epic Fight; & Mystique Moonlight Lamp by Roby Dwi Antono. The price achieved of HKD 24,000.00 (€ 24,508.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roby Dwi Antono achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Asih in May last year with an auction result of HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 299,178.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Epic Fight; & Mystique Moonlight Lamp von Roby Dwi Antono zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 24.000,00 (€ 24.508,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roby Dwi Antono erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Asih im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 299.178,08).
