Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sin Título by Roberto Aizenberg was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2008. It changed hands for a price of USD 37,500.00 (€ 29,541.52) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roberto Aizenberg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pintura, which sold at auction in November 2008 for USD 134,500.00 (€ 105,955.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sin Título von Roberto Aizenberg wurde im November 2008 in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 29.541,52) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Roberto Aizenberg mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pintura beobachtet, die im November 2008 für USD 134.500,00 (€ 105.955,57) versteigert wurde.
