Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition, Circa 1968 by René Roche was sold in the René Roche Studio auction at Artcurial in Paris in September 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 319.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by René Roche achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Modules Dans L'Espace, 1978 in September 2017 with an auction result of EUR 14,036.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition, Circa 1968 von René Roche wurde im September 2017 in der Auktion René Roche Studio bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 319,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von René Roche erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Modules Dans L'Espace, 1978 im September 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.036,00.
