Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Carrozzella nella notte by Renato Natali was auctioned at Christies in Rome in May 2002. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,224.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Renato Natali - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pisa, Il Mercato, which sold at auction in June 2006 for EUR 9,920.00.

Die Arbeit Carrozzella nella notte von Renato Natali kam im Mai 2002 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.224,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Renato Natali mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pisa, Il Mercato beobachtet, die im Juni 2006 für EUR 9.920,00 versteigert wurde.
