Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Raymond Allen Jackson could be acquired at Christies in London in November 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Watercolours auction, the work South Suffolk Welcomes Careful Drivers changed hands for GBP 132.00 (€ 196.02) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 200.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raymond Allen Jackson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Really! I've always wanted to meet a financial journalist! in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,509.58).
