Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Quatre Tours Eiffel Juxtaposées, 1980 by Pol Bury was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 192.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 150.00 – 250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pol Bury achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fontaine - 1988 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 219,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Quatre Tours Eiffel Juxtaposées, 1980 von Pol Bury kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 192,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 150,00 – 250,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pol Bury erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fontaine - 1988 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 219.800,00.
