Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Copa del Mundo, 1982 by Pol Bury was sold in the Prints (online) auction at Bonhams in New York in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 128.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 100.00 – 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pol Bury achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fontaine - 1988 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 219,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Copa del Mundo, 1982 von Pol Bury wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints (online) bei Bonhams in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 128,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 100,00 – 200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pol Bury erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fontaine - 1988 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 219.800,00.
