Auction result misses estimated price range
In December last year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Peter Frie for SEK 115,000.00 (€ 10,308.94). This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 140,000.00 – 160,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Frie - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Passing no 4", which sold at auction in November 2010 for SEK 250,000.00 (€ 27,328.17).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Peter Frie für SEK 115.000,00 (€ 10.308,94) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 140.000,00 – 160.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Frie mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Passing no 4" beobachtet, die im November 2010 für SEK 250.000,00 (€ 27.328,17) versteigert wurde.
