Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sculpture in two parts by Peter Bonnén was sold in the Modern art and design auction at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of DKK 8,500.00 (€ 1,140.23) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Bonnén - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work “Tre porte”, which sold at auction in January 2024 for DKK 4,600.00 (€ 4,020.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sculpture in two parts von Peter Bonnén wurde im August diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von DKK 8.500,00 (€ 1.140,23) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Bonnén mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit “Tre porte” beobachtet, die im Januar 2024 für DKK 4.600,00 (€ 4.020,28) versteigert wurde.
