Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,000.00 (€ 19,912.64). Admittedly, works by Paul Gustav Fischer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Winter's Day on Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen in October 2006 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 112,737.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Danish Portrait Of A Young Girl von Paul Gustav Fischer kam im April 2008 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 31.000,00 (€ 19.912,64) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Gustav Fischer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Winter's Day on Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 144.000,00 (€ 112.737,81).
