Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ambit X by Paul Feiler was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 20,160.00 (€ 23,669.74). Admittedly, works by Paul Feiler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Porthcadjack, blue & black in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 157,250.00 (€ 198,769.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ambit X von Paul Feiler kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 20.160,00 (€ 23.669,74) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paul Feiler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Porthcadjack, blue & black im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 157.250,00 (€ 198.769,27).
