Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Figura rosa by Pablo Atchugarry was auctioned at Christies in New York in September last year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 220,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 226,800.00 (€ 231,830.73). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pablo Atchugarry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sin título, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 649,200.00 (€ 575,174.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Figura rosa von Pablo Atchugarry kam im September letzten Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 220.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 226.800,00 (€ 231.830,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Pablo Atchugarry mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sin título beobachtet, die im November 2021 für USD 649.200,00 (€ 575.174,98) versteigert wurde.
