A top price for Ole Schwalbe - as previously expected
The work Studie (Study) by Ole Schwalbe was sold in the Nordic Art andDesign auction at Christies in London in October 2006. It changed hands for a price of GBP 9,600.00 (€ 14,343.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Studie (Study) is the most expensive artwork by Ole Schwalbe that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Studie (Study) von Ole Schwalbe wurde im Oktober 2006 in der Auktion Nordic Art andDesign bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 9.600,00 (€ 14.343,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Studie (Study) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ole Schwalbe, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
