Auction result fails to reach estimate
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work Nature Morte, ca by Olaf Rude for DKK 25,000.00 (€ 3,353.04). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 30,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Olaf Rude have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery with houses against the Sea, Bornholm in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 20,000.00 (€ 17,479.46).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Nature Morte, ca von Olaf Rude für DKK 25.000,00 (€ 3.353,04) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Olaf Rude auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery with houses against the Sea, Bornholm im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 20.000,00 (€ 17.479,46).
