Auction result misses estimated price range
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work Landscape with green and yellow fields, Bornholm by Olaf Rude for DKK 15,500.00 (€ 2,078.89). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Olaf Rude have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery with houses against the Sea, Bornholm in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 20,000.00 (€ 17,479.46).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Landscape with green and yellow fields, Bornholm von Olaf Rude für DKK 15.500,00 (€ 2.078,89) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Olaf Rude auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery with houses against the Sea, Bornholm im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 20.000,00 (€ 17.479,46).
