This artwork by Nejad Devrim achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April 2018. In the 20th Century Art / Middle East auction, the work Turkishuntitled sold for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,388.93) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nejad Devrim achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstract Composition in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 735,650.00 (€ 902,254.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nejad Devrim erzielte im April 2018 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century Art / Middle East wurde die Arbeit Turkishuntitled für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.388,93) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nejad Devrim erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstract Composition im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 735.650,00 (€ 902.254,23).
