Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Nejad Devrim could be acquired at Sothebys in London in April 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art / Turkish auction, the work Mon Ciel Anglais (My English Sky) changed hands for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,498.18) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nejad Devrim achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstract Composition in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 735,650.00 (€ 902,254.23).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nejad Devrim konnte im April 2012 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art / Turkish wechselte die Arbeit Mon Ciel Anglais (My English Sky) für GBP 9.375,00 (€ 11.498,18) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nejad Devrim erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstract Composition im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 735.650,00 (€ 902.254,23).
