Naukeurige Beschryving van Asie...Mesopotamie, Babylonie, Assyrie, Anatolie...Arabie: Eight Plates
eight engravings, circa 1668, with hand-coloring, on laid papers, published by Jacob van Meurs, Wolfgangh, Waesbergeb et al, Amsterdam, all with margins, all with central vertical folds where previously bound (backed), all with pale light- staining and creasing to varying degrees, areas of scattered foxing on several plates, Derbendt with a 1-in. repaired tear at the lower left margin extending into the image, Isfahan and Schamachie both with staining within the upper half of the images, otherwise apparently in good condition, in black frames with faux-gilded braided rope trim, not examined out of the frames
