This artwork by Nasty achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in December 2017. In the TAKE IT TO THE STREETS: Auction to benefit HOCA Foundation auction, the work Love Letters sold for HKD 10,625.00 (€ 1,131.26) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 4,500.00. Admittedly, works by Nasty have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work T'As Le Ticket Chic, 2012 in January 2013 with an auction result of EUR 9,009.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nasty erzielte im Dezember 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion TAKE IT TO THE STREETS: Auction to benefit HOCA Foundation wurde die Arbeit Love Letters für HKD 10.625,00 (€ 1.131,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 4.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nasty auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit T'As Le Ticket Chic, 2012 im Januar 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.009,00.
