Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Niels Peter Rasmussen could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in March this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work View from a rocky coast on Bornholm changed hands for DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.59) - just shy of the DKK 5,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Niels Peter Rasmussen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A duck in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 6,000.00 (€ 5,243.84).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Niels Peter Rasmussen konnte im März diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit View from a rocky coast on Bornholm für DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,59) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Niels Peter Rasmussen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A duck im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 6.000,00 (€ 5.243,84).
