The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,200.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 900.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Mosse Stoopendaal have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bullfinches in December 2012 with an auction result of SEK 75,000.00 (€ 8,736.54).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Backed Gull von Mosse Stoopendaal kam im Dezember 2013 bei Bukowski in Helsinki zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.200,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 900,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mosse Stoopendaal auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bullfinches im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 75.000,00 (€ 8.736,54).
